Participation & Conduct Guidelines

Participation & Conduct Guidelines

Lokakshema Trust is a collective spiritual initiative rooted in devotion, discipline, and mutual respect. These guidelines are meant to ensure a harmonious and sincere environment for all participants.

General Participation

All devotees are encouraged to participate with sincerity, faith, and a spirit of selflessness. Chanting may be done individually or collectively, at home or through organized sessions, based on personal comfort and availability. Participation is voluntary, and consistency is valued over quantity.

Chanting Discipline

Devotees are requested to chant or listen to Lalitha and Vishnu Sahasranamas with attention, respect, and correct intent. Those who are learning should take guidance to improve pronunciation gradually. Chant counts, if submitted, should be accurate and based on honest practice.

Respectful Conduct

All interactions—online or in person—should be respectful and courteous. Differences in opinion, experience, or practice should be handled with humility and understanding. Any form of disrespectful language, disturbance, or misuse of platforms is discouraged.

Use of Trust Name & Platforms

The name of Lokakshema Trust and its activities should not be used for personal promotion, financial solicitation, or unauthorized communication. Official announcements and guidance will be shared only through approved channels.

Group & Online Etiquette

Participants in WhatsApp groups, online meetings, or other communication platforms are requested to keep discussions relevant and respectful. Unnecessary forwards, unrelated messages, or disruptive behavior should be avoided to maintain focus and harmony.

Donations & Financial Integrity

Donations, if made, are voluntary and given without expectation of return or benefit. Participants should not solicit or collect funds on behalf of the Trust unless expressly authorized. Financial transparency and integrity are core values of the Trust.

Trust’s Discretion

Lokakshema Trust reserves the right to moderate participation, manage platforms, or restrict access if activities are found to be inconsistent with the Trust’s objectives or these guidelines. Such actions are taken only to protect the collective spirit and purpose of the movement.

Spirit of the Movement

Above all, participants are encouraged to approach this movement with devotion, humility, and compassion. The collective effort is intended to foster inner peace, unity, and Loka Kshemam—the welfare of all beings.
