About Lokakshema Trust

Lokakshema Trust

Lokakshema Trust is dedicated to organizing spiritually rooted initiatives that bring people together in collective devotion and prayer. The trust conducts grand poojas, sacred spiritual events, awareness initiatives, group chantings, and mass prayers, creating a shared space where individuals from across the world unite with a common spiritual intent. These gatherings foster focus, reflection, and inner discipline, helping participants move beyond personal limitations and progress toward deeper spiritual awareness.

Through consistent collective participation, devotees experience calmness, clarity, and emotional balance, supporting a purposeful and harmonious way of life. Lokakshema Trust emphasizes spiritual growth not as an individual pursuit alone, but as a shared journey that nurtures inner transformation and collective well-being.

The trust derives its name from Lokakshemam, meaning the welfare and well-being of the world. With over 1000bcrore Lalitha Sahasranama recitations and 300 crore Vishnu Sahasranama recitations, this global spiritual movement has reached an extraordinary scale. Today, more than 30,000 devotees across 20 countries actively participate in this expanding chain of collective prayer. Guided by faith, unity, and devotion, Lokakshema Trust continues to inspire individuals while quietly contributing to harmony and universal well-being.

The Origin of the Collective Prayer Movement

On 28 November 2017, Dr. Sree Sudha initiated the collective recitation of Lalitha Sahasranamam, followed by Vishnu Sahasranamam on 29 August 2018. What began as a simple act of devotion gradually evolved into a shared spiritual practice, connecting individuals across locations through a common intention of selfless prayer. The movement was founded not for personal recognition, but as an offering toward universal well-being and inner harmony.

Over time, this effort has grown into a global chain of devotees, participating in regular collective chants and mass prayers dedicated to peace, unity, and harmony. Bound by devotion rather than geography, participants contribute to a continuous flow of prayer that fosters community, compassion, and spiritual connection. Today, the movement stands as a reminder of the quiet strength that emerges when individuals unite in faith for the greater good.
